The Black Rose Dragon is one of the five servants of the Crimon Dragon, who is commonly referred to as the Signer Dragon.
Akiza Izinski is the Signer associated with Black Rose Dragon, and as such she possesses the Black Rose Dragon card.
Background
10,000 years ago, in the millennium B.C era. Black Rose Dragon had fought alongside with the Crimson Dragon, and the other Signer Dragons in the battle against the Red Nova.
5,000 years later, Black Rose Dragon had served the Crimson Dragon, and fought alongside him and the other five Dragons in the tough battle against the Earthbound Immortals.
Personality
Her personality is possibly just like Akiza's. It is unknown how she acts in the manga of the series.
Appearance
She is a huge black reddish pink dragon. Her color tone can also be madly confused for dark pink or dark magenta. Like all of the five Signer dragons her wings are very huge.

She is called as the Rose Dragon instead of Black Rose Dragon. She appears when Akira duels against Sherry in a one on one duel.

Fortune Cup arc
Akiza Izinski very often materialized Black Rose Dragon through her psychic powers, and had used it to terrorize people at Daimon Area.
When Akiza faced off against Gill Randsborg in the Fortune Cup tournament, Greiger had called the Black Rose Dragon a creature of ill omen that brings forth ruin and mass destruction, as Akiza Summoned it and had used it to severely injure Randsborg.
In Akiza's Fortune Cup Duel against Commander Koda, Akiza became very enraged when Koda called her a monster who was rejected by her parents, therefore causing her to use Black Rose Dragon to viciously attack him.
World Racing Grand Prix arc
During the World Racing Grand Prix, Akiza materialized Black Rose Dragon to stop Dobocle from rampaging in the pre-WRGP party.
Ark Cradle arc
On board the Ark Cradle, Black Rose Dragon saved Akiza, Sherry LaBlanc, and Crow Hogan from being crushed by Sherry's collapsing "The Soul-Binding Gate". Afterwards it healed the trio in which led Crow to believe that true Psychic powers can also heal others, and not just cause mass destruction as well.
